Sunday 1:00 Advanced Beginner Swim Lesson
Designed for those swimmers who are comfortable in the water and can float on their front and back with no assistance. Focus is given to developmental freestyle, backstroke, rotary breathing, and introduction to deep water exploration and diving. All students must be proficient in these areas to be promoted from this class.
