Group fitness classes are available to Siegel JCC members and do not require additional registration or payment.

- 30 minutes of gut busting abdominal exercise.
Cardio Kickboxing
- 60 minute cardio karate class using kick pads, punching bags, free weights, and your own body weight set to motivating music.
Fundamentals
- 30 minute class designed to teach de-conditioned new members the basic positions and techniques of exercise that can be applied to every aspect of health and wellness activities.
Head to Toe Aerobics
- 60 minute gentle class consisting of low impact aerobics and light weights.
Kickin' Karate
- 45 minute class consisting of karate toning moves and skill building for women only.
Low Impact Combo
- 75 minute class consisting of low impact moves, weight workout, abs and stretching set to lively music.
Latin Dance Aerobics (Formerly Zumba)
- 45 minute dynamic workout system that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves that will blow you away!
Mat Pilates
- 60 minute class aimed at strengthening and firming the core muscles, as well as the upper body. Posture, flexibility, coordination, and breathing are improved. This method developed by Joseph Pilates is based on eastern and western movement principals and this class practices the exercises on the floor on mats.
Mixed Martial Arts
- 30 minute class consisting of wrestling, Greco-Roman, and Judo for men only.
Muscle Pump Lite
- 45 minute-non stop class of varying intensity utilizing hand weights to sculpt and tone all muscle groups.
Pilates Express
- 30 minute class based on "mat work" Pilates, but other elements from other exercise methods are added to the regular Pilates sequences. Dynamic props are used and exercises are mixed from session to session.
Power Fitness ($15 per session)
- Drop in group personal training based on instructor specialties and the abilities and needs of the group.
Rise and Shine Yoga
- 60 minute gentle yoga class to start your day. Excellent for beginners.
Senior Exercise
- 60 minute class geared for seniors with the focus on movement and functional strength. Chairs are utilzed for those who cannot stand for extended periods of time.
Spinning
- 45-60 minute classes of no impact, moderate to high intensity workout on a stationary Keiser M3 bike. A variety of motivational music is used to simulate riding on both flat and rolling to steep hills.
S.T.A.R. (Self Tissue Assisted Release)
- 25 minute class utilzing self myofascial release techniques. Foam rollers will be used to apply direct pressure to the muscle, reducing pain and tension, and increasing flexibility. All exercises are performed on mats.
Step Combo
- 75 minute class consisting of high energy step routines, weight workout, abs , and stretching set to lively music.
Toning Express
- 30 minute toning class.
Totally Fit - Cardio
- 60 minute class - 30 minutes of high energy cardio, followed by 30 minutes of strength and toning moves for a total body workout.
Totally Fit - Interval
- 45 minute class of high energy, fat burning intervals, combined with strength and toning moves for a total body workout.
Totally Toned
- 60 minute class consisting of cardio workout with moderate weights to tone all muscle groups.
Yoga
- Varied class times of Hatha yoga blended with a variety of styles that combine breath work with postures to achieve balance between the body and mind. Traditional Yoga asanas( postures) help participants gain flexibilty and strength.
Yoga (Advanced)
- 60 minute class for the intermediate to advanced yoga student.
Yoga Flow
- 60 minute class includes standing poses, balance, strengthening and stretching poses followed by relaxation.
Yoga Fusion
- 60 minute class blending traditional yoga with light weight training.
