This was almost absurdly fun.
After 3 days of consecutive workouts, I was feeling tired this morning; I had no idea how I'd be able to make it through another class. Then, we met the instructor, and we both understood.
Sigfried is one of the most positive, energetic people I've ever met, and I think Anna would agree. I am not someone who loves to dance, mostly because I'm just terrible at it, but he made the entire class exciting and engaging. There's no yelling when you can't master a move; only encouragement. Sigfried never stops smiling, so the mood of the class is so positive. It doesn't feel like a workout; it just feels like a dance party.
Make no mistake, though: it is a workout. Sigfried commented, "It's all about the core." The dance moves are constantly engaging your core, incorporating crunches, lunges, and other aspects of cardio. It's all very doable, though. The class is good for seniors, adults, and the out of shape (me). HIGHLY recommend this class for a fun, fast workout!
