Delaware Dance Company

Delaware Dance Company is excited to offer a new program in Musical Theatre. Intended to acquaint participants to the required versatility and expressiveness needed for the professional stage, both novice and experienced dancers will learn from former and current Broadway professionals. Younger dancers will be given the opportunity to see, learn from, and ask questions of experienced professionals, while still getting the opportunity to shape and “star” in their own mini-musical. Experienced dancers will be offered the same rigorous training as other DDC Intensive Workshops, but with additional classes and choreography taught by visiting professionals. All participants will learn about auditions and resumes, and will receive instruction in acting and singing as well as daily classes in dance.
