Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE nutrition workshop focusing on sugars: learn how to recognize and calculate the sugar content in foods. Also, understand the difference between natural occurring and added, as well as touching upon the glycemic index.
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with Zoom option.
