Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE nutrition workshop on the topic of Fungi. This workshop will feature all things mushrooms, with tastings (attend in person if you're able). We will talk about different medicinal benefits specific mushrooms offer, how to prepare them, and taste some of the ones found in specialty stores.
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
