- Conduct a movement screening
- Take you through corrective exercises
- Take you through a mini workout based on your goals
- Provide insight on the value of a custom program
- Discuss a plan of action for achieving your goals
Please note that these sessions are for members who are not currently personal training clients. Limit 1 per person every 6 months. |
