The Siegel JCC Corporate Membership Program helps employers invest in the WELL-TH (wellness + health) of their workforce. SILVER LEVEL (no cost to business):
- Employees receive a 10% discount on membership dues*
- J-run, on-site health fair at business with giveaways
- 2 eblasts promoting the program are sent to employees annually
GOLD LEVEL (small cost to business):
- Business pays 10% of membership dues; employees receive 20% discount on membership dues*
- Business receives 1 free room rental at the J for teambuilding per year
- J-run, on-site health fair at business with giveaways
- 2 eblasts promoting the program are sent to employees annually
PLATINUM LEVEL (capitated plan):
- Business pays membership dues in full for half of employees at 50% discount on membership dues; all employees receive membership*
- Business receives 2 free room rentals at the J for teambuilding per year
- J-run, on-site health fair at business with giveaways
- 2 eblasts promoting the program are sent to employees annually
