Playing sports at the J is a great way to get in shape, have fun, and participate in our community. Check out the sports currently available: Pickleball, Wallyball, Basketball, Volleyball, Batting Cage, Tennis, Karate, and the JLoop.

BATTING CAGE
Our 36′ batting cage is a great option for all ages to practice their swings and improve their hand-eye coordination!
Reserving the batting cage: The batting cage is open by reservation only during regular J hours. The batting cage is available by active J members at no charge for personal use; accompanying guests are subject to regular guest fees.
Equipment is not provided. 30-minute time slots are available and can be booked for up to one hour. Please be prompt for your reservation. If you arrive 10 minutes or more past the start time of your booking, your time slot will be forfeited.
Reservations for groups including little league teams is $15 per half hour. Waivers for non-members and team members must be completed before entering the cage; please allow time for completion.

JLOOP
The J is bringing fitness to a new level! It’s time to take your workout OUT on the JLoop, our multi-purpose outdoor track with two outdoor workout equipment stations! This member-accessible fitness facility is designed for people who are interested in all kinds of fitness activities. The track is 1/2 mile and runs along the perimeter of our outdoor campus. It also features two, weather-resistant fitness equipment stations for an additional way to feel the burn!
Pickleball
Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a wiffle ball, with 26-40 round holes, over a net.

RACQUETBALL
The J has a racquetball court available to our members open the same hours as our Fitness Center. Court times can be reserved, free of charge. 60-minute time slots are available. Book your appointment here. Please bring your own equipment.

VOLLEYBALL
The J is home to 3 competition-grade sand volleyball courts which are open for play for members sunup to sundown. No reservations required.
2025 Girls clinics: Limited number of spots available!
The 2025 Michael Sachs Girls Beach Volleyball Clinics at the Siegel JCC is almost here!
The clinic is open to rising 8th to 12th grade girls aged 12 and up. Eligible participants do not need to be proficient in any skill but must be able to forearm pass a ball with a partner and over the net. Contact malindasnipes@siegeljcc.org for eligibility inquiries.
All eligible players are welcome regardless of school or club affiliation. The Lead Instructor Michael Sachs has designed the program to help players develop their all-around game and includes a combination of technical instruction and game play. Players will learn proper technique as well as game strategy. As the players' proficiency increases, the drills move from more blocked basic drills to mostly game play.
Players will be evaluated and grouped by skill set so they are challenged at the level appropriate to their experience. Player Evalutation Try Out Dates are May 13 and May 15. Players must registered to participate. Session times will be assigned based on evaluation results.

Weather Cancellations - Cancellations will be communicated via Facebook @brandywinebeachatsiegeljcc. Play call is made as close to individual group start time as possible. Be sure to check Facebook if the weather is questionable. No guarantee of make-up dates for cancellations due to weather.
wallyBALL
Wallyball is a fast paced sport that is like volleyball, with players on either side of a high net setting, passing and spiking a ball. Wallyball is played on a racquetball court, where bouncing the ball off the ceiling and walls is part of the game.
