Youth Rec Programs
Our Recreation Department offers a variety of programs to keep kids active & engaged. For more information about our youth sports & recreation offerings, please contact Carrie Kee.
Club 345 is an enrichment program designed for 3, 4 & 5 year old children to build fundamental athletic skills. The program is offered in the Fall, Winter & Spring, with different activities each season. A staff member accompanies children to each enrichment daily (3:15 - 4 PM).

HIP HOP DANCE CLASSES
Taught by experienced instructor, Desire Torres, hip hop dance classes at the J provide an environment that is positive, encouraging, supportive, instructional, and fun!
Fall 2019 Session: 9/12 - 12/12 (ages 5-11) - REGISTER HERE
- Ages 5-7: Thursdays, 6 - 6:30 PM
- Ages 8-11: Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:15 PM
The J houses a 36' batting cage, perfect for players of all ages to practice swings and improve hand-eye coordination. The batting cage is open by reservation only during regular J hours, at no charge for current J members. Accompanying guests are subject to regular guest fees. Rental for community members (including little league teams) is $15 per half hour, with no additional guest fees. Contact us at 302-478-5660 to reserve the space. View the cage schedule here.
Learn the art of Tang Soo Do at the J with Master Adam White of Top Kick Karate. Classes are open to children (ages 4 and up) and adults. Register here.
Rock Climbing Wall
Our 25ft Climbing Wall is open to climbers 5 years and older who are accompanied by a J certified belayer. All climbers MUST be belayed; free climbing is not allowed.
Join us for Open Climb on Tuesdays, 7:30 - 9:30 PM, and the 2nd & 4th Sundays of every month, 2 - 4 PM. Please note: (1) A belayer will not be available during Open Climb. You must have a partner over the age of 14 who is willing to learn to belay in order to climb. (2) A waiver must be filled out and signed before climbing.
The Siegel JCC and Rodney Street Tennis (Kareen Bryan, Executive Director) have partnered to bring quality tennis programming to our outdoor courts. Please contact the Rodney Street office directly at 302-256-0235 to learn more about the tennis programs happening this season. You can also visit their website www.rodneystreettennis.org.
