JFit Family + Kids
JFit Kids: Summer Edition for Ages 7-11
- Mondays, 6:30 - 7:15 PM, Auditorium: HIIT Jr. with Beth (high intensity interval exercises using only body weight)
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45 - 6:30 PM, Studio 2: Dynamic Workouts with Derek (cardio conditioning with dynamic movements - no class will be the same!)
- Parents must sign their child in and out of each class and remain on campus during class time
- Child must be capable of staying engaged with the class for the full 45 minutes
