Registration for Summer 2026 is OPEN!

Camp JCC is a summer program for children who are entering grades 1 to 8 in the fall of 2026. The Leader-In-Training (LIT) and Teen Trips programs are for teens entering grades 9 or 10.   Camp JCC is an inclusive program. If your camper will benefit from additional support during the camp day, please read more about our Inclusion Program and follow the steps outlined on that page before registering.

 The Camp JCC program is a weekly, full-day program, Monday to Friday. We do not split weeks or prorate for partial weeks.

Dates:

  • Specialty Camp* Week 1:  June 15 – 18 (closed Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth) 
  • Traditional Camp: June 22 – August 21 (closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day) 
  • LIT
    • Session 1: June 29 – July 17 (closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day) 
    • Session 2: July 20 – August 7 
  • Teen Trips: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays the weeks of June 22, July 6, July 27, and August 10. 
  • Specialty Camp* Week 2: August 24 – 28

*Specialty Camp is sold by the day. You may select what day(s) your camper will attend during those two weeks of the summer. Traditional Camp is not able to be split or prorated for a partial week.

Hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Morning carline from 8 - 8:40 AM
  • Afternoon carline from 4:15 - 4:30 PM or 5:15 - 5:30 PM

Camp Fees

  • Traditional Camp(per week pricing)
    • $365/members, $405/non-members 
    • $300/members for week of June 29, $340/non-members for week of June 29 (closed 7/3)
  • LIT
    • $670/session 1 for members. $775/session 1 for non-members
    • $720/session 2 for members. $825/session 2 for non-members
  • Teen Trips
    • $410/members, $450/non-members
  • Siegel JCC members receive discounted pricing for Camp JCC. Camper(s) must be active on an adult’s account before registering for camp to receive the discounted pricing. Membership information can be found here and Summer Family Members are eligible for the discounted camp pricing. Any membership-related questions should be directed to membership@siegeljcc.org.  

Registration Information:

  • Camp JCC accepts registrations on a rolling basis. Registration will close on the Monday prior to the week of service. Meaning for week 1 (June 22-26), registration will close on Monday, June 15 at 11:59PM, if spots are still available. Registration will still be available once capacity has been reached for that specific unit (grade grouping) and week, however you will not be charged a deposit and your camper will be placed on the waiting list 

Waitlist:

  • A waitlist is automatically started when a specific week in a specific unit has reached capacity. 
  • Campers are placed on the waitlist in the order they register. 
  • Campers will not be charged the $25 deposit while on the waitlist.  
  • If a spot opens, our camp registrar will contact the camper families via email in the order they were registered. Families will have 24 business hours to accept that spot. If an email reply is not received by the deadline, the camper's name will be removed from the waitlist.
  • When a camper family accepts the spot, then the $25 deposit will be charged. If the payment is already due (8 days prior to start of camp week), the full amount will be charged.  

Payments:

  • A $25 deposit per week is due at time of registration. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another registered week through May 21, 2026. Beginning on May 22, 2026, deposits will no longer be transferrable.
  • All camp fees are automatically debited 8 days prior to each camp week with the credit card or bank account used to pay the $25/week deposit at the time of registration. 
  • If you would like to make different payment arrangements, please contact our business office at ar@siegeljcc.org or call 302-478-5660. The deadline for alternate payment arrangements is May 22, 2026. 
  • Financial assistance is available. The process for applying for assistance can be found here 

Cancelation Fees:

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another registered week through May 21, 2026. Beginning on May 22, 2026, deposits will no longer be transferrable.
  • Registrations canceled between January 3, 2026, and May 21, 2026, will forfeit the weekly deposit or families can opt to have their paid deposit applied to another week of camp.  
  • Registrations canceled between May 22, 2026, and three days prior to the start of the camp week will be charged $50 per week per camper.  
  • Registrations canceled on Thursday of the week prior to the registered camp week will forfeit 50% of the week’s fee. Example, for week one (6/22 - 6/26) if you cancel the Thursday prior (6/18) you will receive a 50% refund. 
  • Refunds, credits, and/or transfers of money paid are not issued for cancelations received less than three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) before the start of the camp week. 
  • All change and/or cancellation requests must be emailed to camp@siegeljcc.org.

Schedule Changes:

  • A change fee of $25 will be assessed each time a camper’s registration is altered after May 21, 2026. After registration is completed, additional weeks may be added with no additional fee as space allows.

 Illness & Refund Policy:

  • Camp JCC cannot issue refunds, credits, or transfers for absences, late arrivals, and/or early dismissals for any reason. If Camp JCC needs to close, you will receive a credit for the full days missed.
