We have the space to host your event and customize it to your liking. With our various room and rental options, you have the freedom to choose what works best for you in meeting your event needs. We offer event hosts and accommodate every event from toddler birthday parties to anniversary celebrations to corporate retreats. The J is here to make sure your event is a blast!

Host your birthday party at the J!
The J offers a variety of options perfect for all ages. From our outdoor pool to our gym, we have the space for you! Complete with a birthday party host, we can provide, tables, chairs, & equipment, and ideas to help give you the best birthday party experience. In addition to our available packages, we offer birthday party add on rentals to enhance your birthday experience including a bounce house, obstacle course, batting cage, parachute games, indoor rock wall, inflated gaga pit, and staff lead activities.

Art PARTY
- Program Info: The Board Room will be reserved for a private 45-minute art activity lead by a JCC staff person (canvas painting, sand art, rock painting, collage or another project upon request).
- Party Room Info: A nearby party room will be reserved for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests. Setup in the party room is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party.
- Included Equipment: All equipment needed for the class.

- 3:30 - 5:30 PM Saturday (class 4 - 4:45 PM), 2 - 4 PM Sunday (class 2:30 - 3:15 PM)

dance PARTY
- Program Info: The Auditorium or ECC Amphitheater will be reserved for dance free play.
- Party Room Info: Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests within the reserved space. Setup is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party.
- Included Equipment: Hula hoops, scarves, ribbon wands, Bluetooth speaker and disco lights.
- Optional Equipment: Moon Bounce (Additional $50)

- ECC Amphitheater: 12 - 2 PM Saturday or Sunday, 3:30 - 5:30 PM Saturday or Sunday

TUMBLING PARTY
- Program Info: The ECC Amphitheater or Auditorium may be reserved for tumbling free play. Great for ages 5 & Under!
- Party Room Info: Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests within the reserved space. Setup is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party.
- Included Equipment: Shape Mats, Flat Mats, Parachute, Toddler-Sized Ball Pit will be provided. ECC Amphitheater reservation includes access to the playground.
- Optional Equipment: Moon Bounce (Additional $50)
- Maximum Number of Guests: 30 Guests (children & adults)

SPORTS PARTY
- Program Info: Half of the Gym will be reserved for sports free play.
- Party Room Info: An adjacent party room will be reserved for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests. Setup in the party room is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party. No access to the gym will be available until the program time.
- Included Equipment: Basketball, Soccer, and/or Pickleball equipment can be provided upon request.
- Optional Equipment: Moon Bounce or Inflatable Gaga Pit (Additional $50)
- Maximum Number of Guests: 30 Guests (children & adults)
- Available Times: 12-2pm Saturday or 3:30-5:30pm Sunday

BASEBALL PARTY
- Program Info: The Batting Cage will be reserved for batting practice.
- Party Room Info: A nearby party room will be reserved for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests. Setup in the party room is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party. No access to the Batting Cage will be available until the program time.
- Included Equipment: Some bats, helmets, balls, a tee, and an L-Screen will be provided. You’re welcome to bring additional equipment. No pitching machine is available. Bring your own pitcher.
- Optional Equipment: The J can provide an additional staff member to pitch (Additional $100)
- Maximum Number of Guests: 12 Batters, 30 Guests (children & adults)
- Available Times: 12-2pm Saturday or Sunday, 3:30-5:30pm Saturday or Sunday
- Price: $300/Member, $350/Non-Member*
- *May be combined with a Sports Party for 25% off the total cost of the combined parties.
ROCK CLIMBING PARTY
- Program Info: Half of the Gym (the half with the Rock Wall) will be reserved for belayed climbing.
- Party Room Info: An adjacent party room will be reserved for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests. Setup in the party room is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party. No access to the Rock Wall will be available until the program time.
- Included Equipment: All Climbing Equipment. A maximum of two climbers will be able to climb at once. Each climber must be accompanied by a certified belayer (at least one belay-certified staff member will be working the event). If the party host is certified, they may be able to belay when they are not occupied with tasks supporting the party.
- Optional Equipment: Moon Bounce or Inflatable Gaga Pit (Additional $50)
- Optional Additional Belayer: A second Belayer can be added for $60, allowing for up to 20 climbers.
- Age requirement: All climbers must be at least 4 years old.
- Maximum Number of Guests: 12 Climbers, 30 Guests (children & adults)
- Available Times: 12-2pm Saturday or 3:30-5:30pm Sunday
- Price: $400/Member, $450/Non-Member
FITNESS PARTY
- Program Info: Studio 2 will be reserved for a private 45-minute Group Exercise Class (Zumba, Yoga, or another format upon request).
- Party Room Info: A nearby party room will be reserved for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests. Setup in the party room is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party.
- Included Equipment: All equipment needed for the class.
- Maximum Number of Guests: 20 Group Exercise Participants
- Available Times: 12-2 PM Saturday (class 12:30-1:15), 3:30-5:30pm Saturday (class 4-4:45 PM), 2-4 PM Sunday (class 2:30-3:15 PM).
- Price: $350/Member, $400/Non-Member
INDOOR POOL PARTY
- Program Info: The Open Swim Area (two lanes) of the Indoor Pool will be reserved for one hour of free swim (4-5pm).
- Party Room Info: A nearby party room will be reserved for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will be provided for the confirmed number of guests. Setup in the party room is permitted 30-minutes prior to the start of the party. No access to the Indoor Pool will be available until the 4pm.
- Included Equipment: Noodles, kickboards, and a small number of pool toys.
- Maximum Number of Guests: 15 Swimmers, 30 Guests (children & adults)
- Option: Additional swimmers permitted ($50)
- Safety Note: Guests must abide by all pool rules. Non-swimmers (and/or those wearing a personal floatation device) must be accompanied by an adult in the water within arm’s reach.
- Available Times: 3:30-5:30 PM Saturday (4-5 PM Indoor Pool access)
- Price: $300/Member, Members Only
PROCESS:
- Contact Ellie Walker at elliewalker@siegeljcc.org to reserve your party. Not all party options and timeslots will be available everyday.
- Once the party option and time is confirmed, client will be sent a contract and will be responsible for a $50, non-refundable deposit.
- The client will be asked to provide a complete guest list 5 days prior to the event.
- The J will provide a Party Host, tables, chairs, and a clean and clear space for the event. Any optional equipment requested will also be provided.
- The J will not provide any food, drink, or party supplies. Food brought into the facility may not contain pork or shellfish.

PARTY HOST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure spaces are clean and clear, tables, chairs, and any other optional equipment is setup in advance of client’s arrival.
- Greet client at entrance to facility and assist with specific setup.
- Assist in directing guests to party location as needed.
- Act as immediately accessible center liaison.
- Assist with party cleanup/breakdown.
- Party hosts are NOT responsible for childcare. Children must be actively supervised by accompanying adults at all times.
