CAMP JCC 2025 OPENS IN

Registration for Camp JCC 2025 is now open! 

Camp JCC is a summer program for children who are entering grades 1 to 8 in the fall of 2025. The Leader-In-Training (LIT) program is for teens entering grades 9 or 10.

Welcome back events:
  • Sneak Peek: June 12, 4:15 - 5:15 PM | For inclusion campers only! This welcome back is a more intimate look at camp. Meet your inclusion support counselors, see who your bunk mates will be & familiarize yourself with campus & your camp schedule.  
  • Baruch Haba (Welcome Back): June 13, 4:15 - 5:30 PM | Welcome to Camp! Meet your counselors, see who will be in your bunk, check out campus & see your camp friends!

 The Camp JCC program is a weekly, full-day program, Monday to Friday. We do not split weeks or prorate for partial weeks.

Dates:

  • Traditional Camp: June 16 to August 15, 2025. Camp JCC is closed on Friday, July 4.
  • LIT: 
    • Session 1: June 30 to July 18, 2025. Camp JCC is closed on Friday, July 4.
    • Session 2: July 21 to August 8, 2025.
  • Rec Camp: Our recreation department is offering week-long sport & specialty programs during the weeks of June 9 and August 18. Check out the details!

Hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Morning carline from 8 - 8:40 AM
  • Afternoon carline from 4:15 - 4:30 PM or 5:15 - 5:30 PM

Camp Fees: 

  • Traditional Camp
    • $365/week for Members. $405/week for Non-Members 
    • The week of 6/30 it is $300 for Members and $345 for Non-Members, closed Friday, 7/4
  • Leader-in Training
    • Session 1: $670 for Members, $775 for Non-Members (closed 7/4)
    • Session 2: $720 for Members, $825 for Non-Members
  • Teen Trips
    • $400/week for Members. $440/week for Non-Members
    • Add-On offering is $65/week for Members, $75/week for Non-Members
  • Siegel JCC members receive discounted pricing for Camp JCC. Camper(s) must be active on an adult’s account before registering for camp to receive the discounted pricing. Membership information can be found here and Summer Family Members are eligible for the discounted camp pricing. Any membership-related questions should be directed to membership@siegeljcc.org.  

Registration Information:

  • Camp JCC accepts registrations on a rolling basis. Registration will close on the Monday prior to the week of service. Meaning for week 1 (June 16-20), registration will close on Monday, June 9 at 11:59PM, if spots are still available. Registration will still be available once capacity has been reached for that specific unit (grade grouping) and week, however you will not be charged a deposit and your camper will be placed on the waiting list.  

Waitlist:

  • A waitlist is automatically started when a specific week in a specific unit has reached capacity. 
  • Campers are placed on the waitlist in the order they register. 
  • Campers will not be charged the $25 deposit while on the waitlist.  
  • If a spot opens, our camp registrar will contact the camper families via email in the order they were registered. Families will have 24 business hours to accept that spot. If an email reply is not received by the deadline, the camper's name will be removed from the waitlist.
  • When a camper family accepts the spot, then the $25 deposit will be charged. If the payment is already due (8 days prior to start of camp week), the full amount will be charged.  

Payments:

  • A $25 deposit per week is due at time of registration. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another registered week through May 22, 2025. Beginning on May 23, 2025, deposits will no longer be transferrable.
  • All camp fees are automatically debited 8 days prior to each camp week with the credit card or bank account used to pay the $25/week deposit at the time of registration. 
  • If you would like to make different payment arrangements, please contact our business office at ar@siegeljcc.org or call 302-478-5660. The deadline for alternate payment arrangements is May 23, 2025. 
  • Financial assistance is available. The process for applying for assistance can be found here.  

Cancelation Fees:

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another registered week through May 22, 2025. Beginning on May 23, 2025, deposits will no longer be transferrable.
  • Registrations canceled between January 3, 2025, and May 22, 2025, will forfeit the weekly deposit or families can opt to have their paid deposit applied to another week of camp.  
  • Registrations canceled between May 23, 2025, and three days prior to the start of the camp week will be charged $50 per week per camper.  
  • Registrations canceled on Thursday of the week prior to the registered camp week will forfeit 50% of the week’s fee. Example, for week one (6/16 - 6/20) if you cancel the Thursday prior (6/12) you will receive a 50% refund. 
  • Refunds, credits, and/or transfers of money paid are not issued for cancelations received less than three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) before the start of the camp week. 
  • All change and/or cancellation requests must be emailed to camp@siegeljcc.org.

Schedule Changes:

  • A change fee of $25 will be assessed each time a camper’s registration is altered after May 22, 2025. After registration is completed, additional weeks may be added with no additional fee as space allows.

 Illness & Refund Policy:

  • Camp JCC cannot issue refunds, credits, or transfers for absences, late arrivals, and/or early dismissals for any reason. If Camp JCC needs to close, you will receive a credit for the full days missed.
