Middle schoolers, get ready to level up your life skills while having a fun and engaging day at the J! Life Lab: A Day at the J is designed to help you build essential skills through hands-on activities in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The day will include:
- Social Skills – Learn how to build confidence in conversations and connections.
- Fitness Fundamentals – Develop the basics of staying active and strong.
- Cyber Safety – Understand how to stay safe and smart online.
