Monday, August 11 – Backstroke Clinic with Coach Alex
Get your backstroke in shape before the winter season! In this one-hour clinic, Coach Alex will break down proper body position, arm technique, and timing to help swimmers glide smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're looking to refine your form or gain confidence on your back, this session is for you.
Times:
• 4:30–5:30 PM: Red, Orange, Green Swimmers (Camp/ECC Pickup Available)
• 5:30–6:30 PM: Blue, Purple, Gold Swimmers
Cost: $15 for members | $20 for non-members
