Wednesday, August 13 – Butterfly Clinic with Coach Alex
Time to fly! This session will focus on rhythm, body undulation, and breathing technique to help swimmers strengthen their butterfly and make it feel more natural and effective. Coach Alex will help break down the stroke and build it back up with confidence.
Times:
• 4:30–5:30 PM: Red, Orange, Green Swimmers (Camp/ECC Pickup Available)
• 5:30–6:30 PM: Blue, Purple, Gold Swimmers
Cost: $15 for members | $20 for non-members
