Set against the backdrop of our serene 32-acre campus, this retreat offers a restorative blend of movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection—welcoming all levels and abilities. Whether you’re a longtime yogi or exploring new paths to wellness, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
