Join us for our 5th Annual Round Turkey Tourney on Sunday, November 30, 2025! It will be a fun day of social, yet competitive, doubles round robin play, with a lunch of warm soup, tasty bread, and delicious cookies! There will be two play opportunities – one from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by the lunch social. The other will be from 1 PM to 3 PM, with players enjoying the lunch social before their afternoon session. Levels 2.5-3.0, 3.0-3.5 and 3.5+ will be accommodated in both sessions. Sign up for the time that works best for you!
Scoring will be on an individual basis, so you don’t sign up with a partner. New partners and opponents will be assigned each round (expect to play about 6 rounds). Brackets will be created by skill and age, depending on registrations. More information on the specifics regarding play will be sent out to players the week prior to the tourney. In the meantime, everyone should encourage their fellow pickleball enthusiasts to register. We don’t want anyone to experience dinker’s regret for missing out on another awesome JCC event. PS: Don’t worry about the weather, it will be just fine!
- Where: Siegel JCC outdoor pickleball courts
- When: Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12 PM and 1PM to 3 PM
- What: Round robin pickleball play, with a buffet of soups, breads, and sweets.
- Why: Because Thanksgiving recreation is more than just football and turkey trots!
The fee for this event will be $25 for members and $35 for non-members. The fee includes the round robin play, the soup buffet, and a commemorative soup mug sporting the 2025 Round Turkey Tourney logo.
We are aiming to have 80 players – 40 in the morning and 40 in the afternoon , so register quickly to get your spot! Nonmembers are welcome, so feel free to invite your friends or maybe your “holiday visiting family” to participate.
