Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE nutrition workshop on the topic of Fiber. Learn about the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber, as well as which foods are good sources.
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
