Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE nutrition workshop on the topic of Calcium. Learn about calcium sources, including vegan, and amounts needed, what the latest research has to say, and how we can strengthen bones through exercise.
This workshop will be held via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
