Nutrition Workshop | Fueling Smart

Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist, AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE upcoming nutrition workshop! This workshop breaks down the science of high-volume, nutrient-dense eating. Participants will learn how to structure meals, calculate basic calories and macronutrients, and make strategic food choices that maximize portion size while maintaining balanced nutrition.

This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
