Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist, AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE upcoming nutrition workshop! The July theme will be: Protein, the new "IT" word. With a recent focus on protein consumption sweeping the market, it is important to be educated and avoid being tricked by marketing strategies. Join us on July 17th and learn how to empower yourself as you navigate the new trend.
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
