Join the J's resident dietician/nutritionist, AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE upcoming nutrition workshop! The August theme will be Fat Soluble Vitamins A, D, E & K. Learn about how these vitamins function inside our bodies and which foods in our diet contain them.
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
