Join the J's resident dietitian/nutritionist, AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE upcoming nutrition workshop! This month’s theme will be Prebiotics & Probiotics. Learn about the differences between prebiotics and probiotics, how they support gut health, and which foods can help you incorporate them into your diet.
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with a Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
