Join the J's resident dietitian/nutritionist, AJ Greenetz, DTR, CFT, for a FREE upcoming nutrition workshop! The topic will be Nutrition Numbers: How does it add all up? We will factor the caloric breakdown of various foods and differentiate where the calories are coming from. Then, we'll take a recipe and "lighten" it up!
This workshop will be held in person in the Board Room, with a Zoom option. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the day of the workshop.
Pre-registration is required.
