We've got a class for every style of workout -- from upbeat to relaxing to strength-building group classes (including Yoga, Pilates, Spin, HIIT, Barre, Bootcamp, Zumba, Water Aerobics, and more!) Group classes are included in your membership, so hop in and have some fun!
What We Offer
Classic ballet inspired moves to strengthen tone & transform your body. Cardio Barre begins with fast-paced, low impact cardio segment. No dance experience is required.
BOOT CAMP (HIIT)
60-minute high intensity class consisting of interval cardio and plyometric drills and strength training.
BUNS & guns
30-minutes of muscle-sculpting arms & glutes. Of course, we spread the love to the core, chest & back.
Capoeira is a martial art form that incorporates dance and music. It originated in Brazil. Capoeira is a full body work out that will pushes participants to their limits.
CARDIO + conditioning
A cardio+strength+toning mash-up. A different, yet challenging workout in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, balance, core-conditioning, agility and endurance! Have fun, work hard, burn body fat & calories while strengthen the heart & improve your health & well-being. This work out is designed for ALL fitness levels.
Just Abs! A short and sweet class that will work the entire mid-section!
HEAD TO TOE AEROBICS
60-minute gentle class consisting of low impact aerobics and light weights.
H.I.I.T (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
High intensity, advanced class. HIIT includes explosive intervals of cardio, plyometric drills, and strength training. A nonstop workout guaranteed to challenge you to become stronger, faster, and increase your endurance. HIIT classes may include Tabata & Boot Camp drills.
HIGH INTENSITY DEEP WATER AEROBICS
A high intensity water workout in the deep end of the pool. Instructor focuses on toning and cardio using hand weights and noodles.
Strengthening and firming the core muscles, as well as the upper body. Posture, flexibility, coordination, and breathing are improved. This method, developed by Joseph Pilates, is based on eastern and western movement principals. This class practices the exercises on the floor on mats.
Meditation may be practiced seated or lying down. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to experienced practitioners will benefit from this class.
Taking the best of Pilates & Yoga, cranking up the speed to deliver a total body workout, creating long, lean defined muscles.
Pound® is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
A 30-minute barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned & firm - FAST. Light to moderate weights with high repetitions... a TOTAL body workout.
30-minute cardio class of fast-paced, high-energy step routines.
These classes are specifically designed for our JCC Senior Center members. Exercises are focused on functional movement, strength & mobility. Exercises may be seated or standing. Classes open to all JCC members
SENIOR WATER AEROBICS
Low impact, low intensity activity perfect for loosening muscles and joints. Our instructors use Arthritis Association sanctioned exercises in the class. Perfect for Senior Center Members!
SENIOR DEEP WATER AEROBICS
Arthritis Association sanctioned, low impact exercises in deep water that focus a little more on aerobics. Perfect for Senior Center Members!
SPIN/PEdal/SUPER SPIN/POWER SPIN
30/60/90 minute ride –cardio with no impact. A moderate to high intensity workout on a stationary Keiser M3 bike. A variety of motivational music is used to simulate riding on flat rolling, steep & winding surfaces.
60-minute class, ~35 minutes of non-stop high energy step routines, followed by arm & ab work, finishing with a warm down that includes stretching exercises. Appropriate for intermediate to advance fitness levels.
60-minute interval step-cardio workout, including upper body weight training with dumbbells & mat work to tone, tighten & strengthen core belly and back muscles. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Train to the beat. STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio & plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been choreographed every single move. Each class burns calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, & jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, & kickboxing.
Perfect for obtaining aerobic exercise in a low impact environment. Our class focuses on stretching and loosening joints which can help with physical therapy, tight muscles, and arthritis.
YOGA FLOW CLASSES
An eclectic blend of Yoga styles that combine breath work with postures to achieve balance between the body and mind. Traditional Yoga asanas (postures) help participants gain flexibility and strength.
YOGA RELAXATION & RISE AND SHINE
A gentle yoga class. Excellent for beginners.
A therapeutic style that uses props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation. Passive yoga asanas (only seated & prone poses) concentrating on surrendering body weight to bolsters, blankets, blocks & other supports and softening into the stretches. This class helps relieve the stressors of daily life, and can be highly beneficial in times of fatigue, illness, and strain.
Mindful dynamic movement Synchronized with breath. This class is designed to help you develop body awareness, strength and balance, connecting mind, body and soul. Suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
A dynamic workout system that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves. No dance experience required. Join the party!
