60-minute high intensity class consisting of interval cardio and plyometric drills and strength training.
BBC is designed to shape, tone and tighten your booty. Strong glutes for proper posture, explosive athletic movements, and preventing lower back, hip, knee, and foot pain. This 30 minute, intense, boot camp style workout will strengthen all of the muscles in the posterior chain and kick your butt into shape!

60-minute gentle class consisting of low impact aerobics and light weights.
H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
50-minute high intensity class consisting of interval cardio, plyometric drills, and strength training, that will help you achieve your fitness goals. This nonstop workout is guaranteed to challenge you to become stronger, faster, and increase your endurance.
A 60-minute aerobics class of low impact moves, followed by upper body weight training with dumbbells & mat work to tone, tighten & strengthen core belly and back muscles. Good for all fitness levels.
60-minute class aimed at strengthening and firming the core muscles, as well as the upper body. Posture, flexibility, coordination, and breathing are improved. This method, developed by Joseph Pilates, is based on eastern and western movement principals. This class practices the exercises on the floor on mats.
Meditation can be done in a chair, seated on yoga bolsters or lying on a mat. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to experienced practitioners will benefit from this class.

60-minute gentle yoga class to start your day. Excellent for beginners.
60-minute class geared towards seniors with the focus on movement and functional strength. Chairs are utilized for those who cannot stand for extended periods of time.
45-60 minute class of no impact, moderate to high intensity workout on a stationary Keiser M3 bike. A variety of motivational music is used to simulate riding on both flat and rolling steep hill inclines.
60-minute class; 35 minutes of non-stop high energy step routines, followed by arm & ab work, finishing with a warm down that includes stretching exercises. Appropriate for intermediate to advance fitness levels.
60-minute interval step-cardio workout, including upper body weight training with dumbbells & mat work to tone, tighten & strengthen core belly and back muscles. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
90-minute class of no impact, moderate to high intensity workout on a stationary Keiser M3 bike. A variety of motivational music is used to simulate riding on both flat and rolling to steep hills. Participants can ride the entire session time or leave based on conditioning level.
50 minute high-intensity interval training class. Various exercises are performed for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 8 sets totaling 4 minutes. All muscle groups will be targeted for a fat burning, total body workout.
Varied class times of Hatha yoga blended with a variety of styles that combine breath work with postures to achieve balance between the body and mind. Traditional Yoga asanas (postures) help participants gain flexibility and strength.

Water Aerobics Classes
Perfect for obtaining aerobic exercise in a low impact environment. Our class focuses on stretching and loosening joints which can help with physical therapy, tight muscles, and arthritis.
Low impact, low intensity activity perfect for loosening muscles and joints. Our instructors use Arthritis Association sanctioned exercises in the class. Perfect for Senior Center Members!
Senior Deep Water Aerobics
Arthritis Association sanctioned, low impact exercises in deep water that focus a little more on aerobics. Perfect for Senior Center Members!
A “Pool Party” workout for all ages. Low impact, high energy, fun aquatic exercise to music!
High Intensity Deep Water Aerobics
A high intensity water workout in the deep end of the pool. Instructor focuses on toning and cardio using hand weights and noodles.
