Comando Krav Maga & Self Defense Training

Martial arts expert and personal trainer, Drew Guagenti heads up our Krav Maga and Self Defense Training program, held by appointment.  Whether you're a mother looking to stay safe at night or a police officer looking to enhance your skills, this class is open to anyone interested in learning new defense techniques and building confidence.  The class incorporates defensive training including defense against a single attacker, multiple attackers, and defense against weapons.

MissionFit Kids & Teens

MissionFit Kids is the creation of new enrichment and development fitness classes and personal training for kid in grades K-6 . Sessions include interactive play, confidence building tactics, nutritional education, and twists on traditional sports to make sure everyone receives a fun and effective outlet to reach their fitness goals and increase physical activity.

MissionFit Teens provides fully customized personal training programs for ages 12 and up, creating individual goals that are set and achievable! From the avid gamer who doesn’t like sports, to the all star athlete, MissionFit Teens will assess and create custom fitness goals and challenges for individual success.

Barbara Clark

Barbara has had a fascination with fitness, nutrition, and natural health most of her life, which intensified after a personal weight loss in 2009. Now she is inspired to help others achieve their goals. To complement her acquired knowledge, she has completed several certifications, including sports and exercise nutrition.

She is dedicated to healthy aging and has a particular interest in working with the over 55 and senior population; emphasizing greater strength, balance, and flexibility. Barbara believes in “taking control of your health before it controls you.”

Brittany Williams

Brittany has always had a love for sports and fitness. She played soccer, field hockey, track, and softball growing up and after college she discovered body building. Brittany immediately fell in love with the mental and physical training of the sport and competed in bodybuilding competitions.  Her passion for fitness then grew into a passion for nutrition, which led her to also become certified as a sports nutrition consultant.

Michael likes to keep his workouts exciting and dynamic utilizing circuit and high intensity interval training techniques and stress the importance of proper nutrition. He enjoys working with clients of all ages, but especially with teens.
