Personal training has never been easier with an entire team to motivate you. With small group training, groups of 3 or more can motivate each other with the help of a trainer.

COMANDO KRAV MAGA & SELF DEFENSE TRAINING

Martial arts expert and personal trainer, Drew Guagenti heads up our Krav Maga and Self Defense Training program, held by appointment.  Whether you're a mother looking to stay safe at night or a police officer looking to enhance your skills, this class is open to anyone interested in learning new defense techniques and building confidence.  The class incorporates defensive training including defense against a single attacker, multiple attackers, and defense against weapons.

“AJ” (Amber) Greenetz

AJ’s training programs involve core strengthening and full body dynamic movement. Her belief is that proper food choices in tandem with a solid workout program, will help her clients achieve the best results quickly. Have AJ custom tailor a program to help your meet your fitness needs, whether you are a novice or seasoned athlete, you will not be disappointed.  AJ’s enthusiasm for health and wellness has led her to designing healthy eating programs for her training clients. She is a dietician technician who can show you how to make fresh and healthy foods taste fantastic.

Barbara Clark

Background: National Academy of Sports Medicine

Barbara has had a fascination with fitness, nutrition, and natural health most of her life, which intensified after a personal weight loss in 2009. Now she is inspired to help others achieve their goals. To complement her acquired knowledge, she has completed several certifications, including sports and exercise nutrition.

She is dedicated to healthy aging and has a particular interest in working with the over 55 and senior population; emphasizing greater strength, balance, and flexibility. Barbara believes in “taking control of your health before it controls you.”

Billy Gallo

Billy is currently attending the University of Delaware and is majoring in Physical Therapy. His enthusiasm is apparent whether he is working with his training clients or working through his own personal conditioning program in the Fitness Center. His dynamic workouts are based on sound functional movements involving the core with emphasis on correct form. Billy relates well to both children and adults and takes great pride in helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Chris Baldwin

It is evident that Chris does not sleep much when you see the challenging and dynamic workouts he creates. His quiet demeanor masks the powerful and explosive workouts his clients cannot seem to get enough of. Chris enjoys helping his clients reach their hidden potential.

Chris Fernandes

Chris Fernandes holds a degree in Exercise Science from Delaware Technical Community College and is pursuing a second certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Chris’s specialized training includes, administering health/fitness assessments, conducting stress tests, and interpreting EKGs. Chris has always been into fitness starting with hockey, strength training, and Muay Thai Kickboxing, and he now enjoys training for obstacle races and flipping tires. Chris’s main goal for the client is to build a strong foundation using body weight exercises on which to increase strength and stability through non conventional training methods. He will take the training to the heavy bag, resistance bands, and even outside to the track on rollerblades. If you desire a new way to train--Chris is your man.

Dave Parris

Dave holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University, as well as certifications in personal training. His passion for health and fitness has given him the opportunity to develop programs and train an extensive range of clientele of all ages: post-rehab, post-heart attack, hip replacement, rotator cuff tears, post-stroke, marathon runners, Mt. Everest hikers, sports performance, collegiate, and semi pro and pro athletes.

Debra Steinberg

Debra is a strong motivator who leads by example. She enjoys every aspect of fitness; endurance cycling, spinning, strength training, racquetball, speed walking, running, and hiking. During training, Debra works towards helping develop full range of motion and functional strength. This allows clients to bridge the gap from the gym to the real world.

Drew Guagenti

Drew has extensive experience in post rehabilitation and specializes in core strengthening. Drew holds 3 different belts in various Martial Arts and incorporates these techniques. He enjoys teaching and motivating clients of all levels in order to achieve positive changes toward a healthier lifestyle.

TJ graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in March 2017.  His training style and philosophy is generally a full body, well balanced routine, designed to push the client without overtaxing them; he's happy to arrange different styles for different clients. He specializes in training seniors, but he can train a wide range of people including athletes, novices, etc.

 Michelle Hoosty

Michelle combines her college athletic experiences, Behavioral Science Degree, and knowledge of holistic health to provide a total mind and body approach for her clients. Playing college volleyball gave her personal insights on commitment, work ethic, struggle, and victory. Her knowledge of nutrition, weight lifting, plyometric exercises, and life health brings a total body approach to her workouts. Her strong people skills allow her to connect with people of all age groups. Michelle believes that you get one body for a lifetime and wants to help her clients reach their goals for a long and healthy life.
