About the Wellness Summit
The Wellness Summit is a program offered by the Siegel JCC, Jewish Family Services of Delaware, and Jewish Federation of Delaware. The program was created in memory of J staff member, Sarah Segerstrom, who died by suicide at the age of 16. The goals of the program are to open up honest lines of communication around mental health and to reduce the stigma around mental illness.
Over the last eight years, the Wellness Summit has been a forum for sharing grief, learning about the impact of mental health, and finding ways to cope as a community.
We are in this with you; we are in this together. The Wellness Summit continues to be offered free of charge and is open to all.
